At SCRAM of California, we continually hear comments on the effectiveness of the SCRAMx system. Some are from the offenders themselves on how they’ve benefited from being part of the SCRAMx program. Others are from judges or court personnel who feel it is a strong addition to their alcohol offender management efforts.
