SCRAM of California will:
- Work directly with offenders to manage billing and fee collections
- Prepare and educate courts and agencies on various offender payment plan options:
- Daily fee
- Sliding scale
- Indigent trust accounts
- Perform all accounting activities and recordkeeping relative to offender payments, including notification to the court and supervising agency
